1. Agreement

Using Healthy URL means agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Healthy URL is built, owned and operated in England. It analyses publicly accessible web pages across performance, findability, security, accessibility, AI readiness and content health, produces a score and suggests fixes, and can keep watching a domain you have verified. Reports include AI-written explanations.

Data is stored on servers in London, United Kingdom. We use no tracking cookies, no advertising networks and no third-party analytics, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

3. Acceptable use

• Scan sites you own, or have a legitimate reason to examine.
• Do not use the service to attack, disrupt or overwhelm anything.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits.
• Verifying a domain asserts that it is yours. One account may hold a given domain, on a first-come basis.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and we will say why.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly through Stripe, in advance and in GBP. A card is required to begin the free month and you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel first.

You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are considered case by case. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Accuracy of results

Results and AI-written recommendations are informational. They are a measurement and an informed opinion — not professional advice, and not a guarantee about how any search engine will treat your site. Nobody can promise you a ranking and we do not. Results depend partly on third-party services and may be incomplete; where a check cannot run we say so rather than guessing. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, code, checks and writing are ours. Reports generated for your own sites belong to you, to share or export as you wish. We use anonymous aggregates — how common a problem is across all scans — to improve the service and to write about what we find; these identify nobody.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy URL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending it

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email or a notice on the site, and the date at the top changes with them.
